🗓️ I've been reflecting on 2025 and the word that quietly guided me - METAMORPHOSIS. I chose this as my North Star Word of The Year using my 3-stage creative process to set an intention which helped clarify my focus, decisions and direction. The results were amazing!
It's been an extraordinary year of magical transformation... not just for me, but for my clients, and the Clarity Questers community who've been using IdeasBook to journal their thoughts.
As I look back, I'm also beginning to imagine the future and what's next...
Here are a few highlights and dreams-come-true moments:
🔥 IGNITE IDEAS launched in April, a newsletter to support people on their journey from THINK → SAY → DO → BECOME, now read by 450+ people, sparking creativity and fuelling imagination.
📣 I stepped beyond my comfort zone and into the spotlight, delivering the keynote at Neuro North Forum and speaking on the main stage at UK Startup & Scaleup Week (Day 1) alongside Daniel Priestley, Sara Davies and Paul Mort.
📖 Publishing the Celebration Edition of The Clarity Quest IdeasBook, along with a hand-finished limited-edition hardback created exclusively for Clarity Quest Magic clients.
🎉 The Celebration of Imagination event was so successful it sparked a bigger vision... Celebration of Imagination Extravaganza - September 2026. More connection, more creativity, more dreams realised! Hearing Trailblazing Tribe members on the panel share their transformations since completing The Clarity Quest programme confirmed how it changes lives.
📸 Being featured on the cover of The Female CEO magazine with a full article about my story felt especially meaningful as I celebrated my 60th birthday.
🎬 A fantastic showreel film, prouced by Flamingo Heights Podcasting Studio, capures how I turn chaos into clarity through the magic of visual strategy.
As we move towards 2026, I've completed my Word of the Year creative workshop again... my North Star word for the year ahead is:

Because imagination offers hope, possibility, and permission…

Make Ideas Visible
Through VisionMapping™ strategy sessions I've helped clients turn intangible ideas into clear visual strategies.
Watching people move from holding ideas in their heads... to seeing their future clearly as a VisionTree™ one-page visual business plan is where real metamorphosis happens, as excitement moves ideas into action.
I always feel honoured when clients share their vision with me... because speaking ideas out loud is the first step to making them real.
With each strategy session, I see a shift from thinking to doing... as clarity replaces overwhelm and next steps become obvious.
Because when ideas are seen… they begin to live and grow.
And this year I ran a pilot VisionMapping™ for Business Clarity workshop, with more planned in 2026.
Express Ideas Visually
2025 was a year of sharing the magic of visual strategy more widely.
I love seeing the "aha" moments when people discover how they think and where they sit on the visual imagination scale - from Aphantasia to Hyperphantasia.
As an introvert, stepping into the spotlight can feel scary... so I use slides to visually communicate information and imagine I'm talking to one person who needs to hear my message.
This year, I took a step further by creating live VisualDoodles as I spoke, turning words into pictures in real time.
As well as speaking at Neuro North Forum, BIPC Business Brunches, Startup Week, PL_TFORM, Kraken, North East Expo, and WOW! Gathering…
My ideas travelled globally as I was a guest on podcasts and radio, including Nurture Your Zest, Hear Me Roar, About Small Business, Looks Like We Made It and Koast Radio – creating ripples about the power of imagination and how to build self-belief.
Through the new edition of IdeasBook, Daydream & Doodle Days, and the Celebration of Imagination, I've shown hundreds of people how to create a VisualDoodle of their Superpower Self.
It's magical to witness the shift when people say beforehand, “But I can’t draw”… and afterwards, "I didn't know I could do this!"

Make Your Business Stand Out
Ideas also stepped off the page and into physical space this year...
By applying the Visual Marketing principles I teach others, I designed an interactive pop-up shop and display stand to exhibit at Neuro North Forum, Micro Biz Unites, and the BIPC Business Support Showcase.
One of the most magical moments of the year was launching the Celebration Edition of IdeasBook at the Celebration of Imagination, followed by creating a limited-edition hardback for the next Trailblazing Tribe joining Clarity Quest Magic in January 2026.
I'm grateful to everyone who's purchased IdeasBook and joined The Clarity Questers community - a supportive space where ideas are shared, wins celebrated, and help is at hand... with Sunday Open Studio Sessions, Watch Parties, and Q&As.
Several members are now completing their third IdeasBook, as each Quest takes them to a new level.
However, IdeasBook was never created to be “just a book” you use on your own.
It was designed as an interactive workbook, with the deepest transformation experienced alongside the full 12-week Clarity Quest Magic programme.
This year also saw the relaunch of my website: www.annenglish.co.uk expanding my online store to offer a range of courses, resources and tools available anytime, anywhere, at a range of price points.
